About the Project
A ten minute animated fiction short directed by Maria Augusta V. Nunes and produced by Novelo Filmes, with Plot Kids as the animation studio. Ana and her grandmother live in the countryside, where pesticide spraying has changed the land around them. Years later Ana returns to the old house of her childhood and understands that her grandmother's presence is still there. Animation direction and art by Nina Pinho, original music by Pedro Santiago. The project was backed by the Prêmio Catarinense de Cinema, and the finished short was an official selection at the 44th Festival Guarnicê de Cinema. Recommended for ages 10 and up.
